Stamp Shiraz Cabernet

Medium to deep purple in colour, the Stamp of Australia, Shiraz Cabernet displays spicy white pepper, red cherry and blackcurrant aromas with hints of vanillin and sweet toasted oak. Fresh fruit characters dominate the palate, and subtle vanillin toasty oak favours are also evident. Fruit tannins provide complexity resulting in a very approachable, persistent, fruit driven and distinctive style of wine. Serve slightly chilled.
