As we prepare to welcome you back, we want to reassure you that we have enhanced our safety standards throughout our premise and resorts without compromising on the warm hospitality you have come to expect of us. We want you to feel confident when you book to stay with us and would like to share some details on the steps we are taking for your safety:

 

Best Practices:

We have taken additional measures developed in consultation with health and safety authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols regular and rigorous. We are also in adherence with the guidelines laid down by World Health Organization (WHO), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Government of India.

 

Sensitisation:

All staff and associates are trained and sensitised on safety, hygiene and physical distancing norms to ensure guests' welfare.

 

Wellbeing & Safety:

  • Daily temperature checks are conducted to monitor the wellbeing of our staff who are equipped with standard protective gear like masks and gloves that are changed frequently.

  • Resorts are not open to non-resident guests. Complete separation of visiting areas and residential resorts.

  • Temperature checks for all visiting and resident guests at entrance areas. And once a day for residential guests.

  • If any of the parameters for our guests or colleagues are not normal, a medical examination and medical assistance are provided immediately.

  • Updated ArogyaSetu App is a pre-requisite for all guests checking in as well as all staff and associates.

  • A special ‘We Care’ initiative is being undertaken for our staff to check their physical and mental wellbeing including counselling support.

 

Cleaning & Hygiene:

  • Frequent disinfecting of public spaces including all entrances, restaurants, lobbies, corridors, etc. with professionally identified disinfectants/hospital-grade sanitisers.

  • All touch points in public areas like door handles, counter tops, tabletops, railings, etc. are cleaned frequently using a sanitiser/disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during housekeeping service.

  • For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitised and rested for 24 hours after guests check out and then allocated. Be rest assured that this includes procedural sanitisation of all the rooms’ surfaces, fittings, fixtures, furniture, equipment, cutlery, crockery, linen and laundry.

  • Easy and quick access to hand sanitisers in all public areas for guests. Separate sanitisers placed for staff as well.

  • Staff in the kitchens, restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet halls to sanitise their hands every time they serve food or touch food related items.

  • All supplies and materials are sanitised before being admitted into the hotel premises.

  • Guest luggage disinfected before entering the hotel.

 

Social Distancing:

  • Altered layouts with reduced seating spaces in public areas, restaurants, bars, banquet halls and spaces are in place.

  • To promote safety for our guests and colleagues, all room service orders will be delivered to the door. To minimize contact, our colleagues will ring your doorbell to notify you upon the delivery of your order.

 

We hope our guests will appreciate and adhere to the measures we are taking for their safety. Equally our colleagues have also welcomed these initiatives, with none of our team members testing positive for COVID-19.
