The 2007 Dindori – our best yet!

Our 2007 Dindori Reserve Shiraz has just been released, and it’s our best yet! Lush, with perfectly integrated oak and an elegant structure, this wine sets the benchmark for Indian red wine. With a beautiful Klimt-inspired label designed by top designer Rabia Gupta, this wine is the one gift you’ll never get tired of giving (or receiving)!!
Finally ‘WINE SHOP’ means exactly that!

For decades, the Indian ‘Wine Shop’ was anything but, stocking hard liquor and strong beer, but hardly any wine. Now that’s changing – SANTÉ, India’s first specialty wine store chain, has opened at 8 locations across Maharashtra already, with plans for another 20 stores by year-end. Air-conditioned, with a wide selection and tasting notes for each wine, it’s a great place to browse, increase your wine knowledge and walk out with the perfect bottle for any occasion!
Sula’s success story in the Financial Times of London

What made Sula’s founder Rajeev Samant give up a cushy job at Oracle in the US and head back to India when everyone was heading the other way? And how did he come to be in Nashik, planting the first wine grapes? The Financial Times tried to find out, click here to read the full article.
2008 Harvest Report

The 2008 harvest set a new record in Maharashtra. At Sula we crushed 4700 tons of great fruit, double of last year. Quality is up as well, so 2008 is shaping up to be a memorable vintage! Click here to read wine writer Subhash Arora’s harvest report.
DIA – The ‘light’er option

DIA by Sula marked its entry into the Indian wine market. India’s first low alcohol wine, DIA is a joint venture between Sula and Italian company Bosca from the Piedmonte area, famous for Asti Spumante as well as Barolo.

DIA wine is available at retail outlets across India at an attractive introductory price of Rs 180 plus taxes. Click here for the tasting notes more details.
