The wines are produced from carefully selected grapes grown in the sun drenched vineyards of South Africa’s Western Cape region.
South Africa has been making wines for hundreds of years but it is only since Nelson Mandela finally walked to freedom in the mid 1990 that it’s wines have become widely available. South African winemakers are today making world class wines!

The grape Pinotage is a crossing between Cinsault and Pinot Noir and
South Africa’s own variety.This Pinotage is one of the Cape's greatest
value wines.
The wine is deep burgundy red in colour with inviting aromas of
vanilla and mocha. The palate rewards with lingering flavours of
liquorice, chocolate and ripe black cherries, supported by soft spicy
tannins.
