Customer Engagement - Club Sula

  • Interactions with Sula consumers at our various channels such as the Nashik vineyards, wine bar in Mumbai with a view to encouraging sign-ups/ registrations, understanding their preferences, feedback
  • Collection and tabulation of data in Excel collected from customers visiting our various channels and data provided by various internal departments
  • Analysis of data based on identified parameters and metrics

  • Ensure that the NC/Complimentary Bills has signed by the concerned person & the outlet manager.
  • The Bill to company bills, pending settlement bills, needs to be authorized by outlet manager.
  • All the discounts, complimentary services offered by higher management need to be routed through the outlet manager.
